Christine began her Bikram Yoga practice in June, 2004 after her sister asked her to try her new passion, Bikram Yoga. It was not love at first class for her but after she decided to come back and take her second class she found that the mental, physical and emotional benefits well outweighed any struggles she had during class.
After completing a 30 day challenge in January, 2007, she began to cope much better under stressful situations and found her overall attitude towards life to be a lot more relaxed and positive. She attended the 9 week Bikram Yoga training in the Fall of 2007. She feels extremely fortunate to have gained the skills to offer the benefits of the practice to others and is honored to be part of the amazing Bikram community!
