90 Minute Bikram Style

It is a physically challenging workout in a room that is 90 degrees with NO humidity and is specifically designed to build strength, flexibility and endurance while being therapeutic for the mind and body.

Silent class for experienced students, no beginners. 90 minutes, 26 postures and 2 breathing done in a room that is 90 degrees with NO humidity. Suitable for all ages and levels of ability. Little dialog with low lights and music and the teacher takes and guides the class with you.
Hot HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)
45 minutes of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). This class is great for everyone and is done in a heated room. The goal is to vary intensity intervals to increase aerobic and anaerobic endurance. The music is up and the energy is high - be prepared to sweat and have fun in Hot HIIT!
In yin yoga we target the connective tissues, such as ligaments and fascia, along with the energetic systems of the body, bringing the body into balance and increasing a natural range of motion. Most poses are done while seated or lying down and are held in stillness for 3-5 minutes. This practice will leave you feeling refreshed, renewed and restored.
The barre is used as a prop to balance while doing exercises that focus on isometric strength training (holding your body still while you contract a specific set of muscles) combined with high reps of small range-of-motion movements.
Boot Camp Body Sculpt
A 45 minute class combining the benefits of interval training that includes bursts of cardio, light weights, body weight, and stretching exercises.
Using light equipment and your body's own resistance, you will focus on small controlled movements to shape your physique.
