What does the lifestyle transformation program include?


- Two 1-1 thirty minute training sessions per week for 12 weeks.

- One 1-1 thirty minute stretch session per month for 3 months.

- Nutrition Coaching & Meal Plan.

- Bi-weekly weigh-ins & meal plan adjustments.

- Self Evaluation Questionaire. 

- Behavior & Habit Tracking Guidance.

- Flexibility, Balance, and Mobility Testing once a month.

- Option to have your coach to come to your home once a month for a pantry over-haul! 


3 Months: Personal Training & Lifestyle Transformation Program

  • Transferable but non-refundable.

    24 hour notice required for appointment cancelations. 

    2 Month Program begins at first appointment date.
